Transfer agents using KapReg lets an issuer with traditional securities held in DTC and traded on national securities exchanges compliantly list a portion of its cap table on a tokenized securities ATS in the U.S. Tokenized shares carry the exact same rights as the underlying traditional securities — they are not derivatives, wrappers, or synthetic exposure. Licensees can tokenize any issuer's cap table and deposit shares for secondary tokenized trading.
